So often, clients want to know – how do we stock our own pantries?

We recommend organic or local produce; pastured, grass-fed and/or organic meat, poultry, eggs and dairy; and wild fish when possible. When buying canned foods, look for BPA-free cans (Eden Organic and a handful of other brands).
