Our Thanksgiving Feast Menu

Shopping’s nearly done, turkey will be picked up at the farmers market in an hour (we’ve been told it’s been grazing on kale and cabbage strewn fields for the past few weeks, sounds good!) and the guests are bringing homemade pies. Here’s our Thanksgiving menu; and won’t you please share yours?
Hors d’oeuvres
Spinach Gratin with fresh baguette for dipping
Assorted farmstead cheeses
Free-roaming turkey with accompanying gravy
Cranberry Orange Sauce
Traditional stuffing with chicken sausage and sage
Oven roasted herbed Yukon Gold potatoes and sweet potatoes
Melange of Brussels Sprouts, Granny Smith Apple and Red Onion
Mixed greens with red wine and shallot vinaigrette
Baked Ziti with grassfed beef and spinach (for the kids)
Red and white wine

Pie with a choice of Cream or Ice Cream
Coffee or Tea
Cognac
