Almond Berry Kale Smoothie
2 cups plain organic almond milk
1 cup organic kale, fresh or frozen
1 medium organic banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1 ½ cups (1 bag) organic frozen mixed berries
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a blender or Vitamix, add almond milk, greens and fruit. Blend until combined, about 30 seconds to one minte. Add vanilla. Continue to blend, until smooth. Makes about 4 servings.
